Shipping and Delivery


We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service. Below you will find information about the most common customer service concerns. Orders placed after 1pm CST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following business day (usually Monday, unless there is a Holiday closure)

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. This does not include shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed.

To check the status of your order, please email and include your order number. If you placed your order using your  account, you can log in to your account to view your order's status.


If you wish to cancel or change an order that has not yet shipped, please call 225-214-3083 or email We will attempt to accommodate your request. Once an order reaches fulfillment and is processed for shipping we cannot cancel or make changes. In this case, please read our return policy.


Beaucoup Designs accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express


Flat Rate Shipping

Beaucoup Designs offers $6.75 flat rate shipping via the United States Postal Service for orders placed directly. To participate, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and select the flat rate shipping at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent with your shipping confirmation.

Expedited Shipping

Beaucoup Designs offers shipments via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Select, and Next Day Air. Shipping charges start at $11.95 for UPS shipments. UPS Ground may take up to 3-10 business days so please consider selecting an expedited service if you need your order sooner. Beaucoup Designs is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments.

International Shipping

If you would like to place an order for delivery out of the United States, please contact International shipping rates start at $16.95 and duties and/or taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Beaucoup Designs purchase, you may return it for a complete refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with a Return Authorization Number. A credit will be issued for items returned after 30 days (cost of goods less shipping), which can be applied toward a future purchase.

Where does Beaucoup Designs Ship to?

Beaucoup Designs is able to ship order to all US territories. If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside the USA, please contact us at 225-214-3083 or for assistance.

Are there any Shipping Restrictions?

P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed expedited shipping. At this time we are not able to ship orders to non-US addresses through our website. If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside of the USA, please contact us at 225-214-3083 or for assistance.

What do I need to know about processing time and how it impacts the delivery time of my order?

Most of the year, we process all in stock items within 1-2 business days from your order date. During new product launches and holiday seasons, we guarantee to process your order within 3 business days of your order date. Orders placed before 1 PM CST usually ship within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed after 1 PM CST, please allow 1 additional business day for processing (excluding federal holidays). All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is normally Monday.

If you are purchasing Custom Collection Jewelry, your order will need more time for processing and for us to handcraft your custom jewelry. Please allow 2 weeks for custom jewelry to be created, not including time while your order is in transit.

When can I expect my package?

The shipping method you select during checkout determines when you will receive your package. Once an order is placed, all in stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. During this processing time our Customer Service Team is double checking your order and sending it over to the warehouse for picking, packing and readying your order to be shipped by one of our carriers. Once your order has been picked up by one of our carriers, they make every attempt to deliver it within 3-10 business days. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, like UPS 2-day, the delivery time will be shorter.

How do I return a product or order?

If you need to return a purchase or part of a purchase, you will need a Return Authorization, or RA-, Number. To receive your Return Authorization Number, please call us at 225-214-3083 e-mail us at

Please provide your name, order number, and if you would like to exchange for a different item, the name of the item you would like to receive for the exchange. If you would like a refund to the original payment form for a return made within 30 days of the delivery date, please let the Customer Service Team know when you call or e-mail for a RA number.

Once you have the RA number and have confirmed with our Customer Service Team if you would like a refund or exchange, please mail your return in a secure trackable package to:

Please allow at least 3-10 business days from the date you mail your return for us to receive it. All return and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 3-10 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our Returns Department after it has been mailed. Once it has been received, allow 14 days for the return to be processed and the refund to be posted to your account.

How do I package my return?

To prepare your items for return, please package the jewelry in the original packaging. If you do not have the original shipping box, please use a secure box or padded envelope to ship the return. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and the best way to contact you if we have any questions regarding the return. For your assurance, we highly recommend using a trackable carrier to send your return package. Beaucoup Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Beaucoup Designs purchase, you may return it for a complete refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt.

Replacements and Exchanges are available for 90 days from the date of delivery.

Return Authorization Numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us by phone (225-214-3083) or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will be returned to you.

Refunds are available for the original price paid and associated tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds are not available after 30 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase.

Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer and must be reported within 15 business days from date of delivery. Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications.

We do not accept the return of items purchased directly from a retail location or other websites.

Items should be returned in their original packaging, padded envelope or box and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Beaucoup Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Final Sale (Closeout) items cannot be returned.


If you would like to return any portion of your Beaucoup Designs order, Please contact our Custom Service Team to begin the process and receive your Return Authorization Number. Please include the original invoice with your return and the order number must be noted on the outside of the package. Please allow 2 weeks for processing returns.

Once you have your Return Authorization Number, Please properly package your return in the original packaging and send your return to:
